We accept custom carriers (wafer cassettes) compatible with thin wafers starting from small lot sizes.
Through metal processing, we can accommodate shapes that are impossible with resin molding. If you let us know the wafer size, we will handle all processes from design to production in-house. We can also accommodate small lot requests based on customer needs.
